MCA Forms due dates delay due to Covid -19

There is some relaxation given by the Ministry of Home Affairs due to the Covid-19 situation, there is some Compliance under Companies Act,2013 for the Finance Year 2020-21.

These compliances only for Private Limited Company

Board Meeting

A board meeting shall be held not exceeding a gap of 120 days between 2 meetings. The company should hold at least 1 every quarter of the calendar year.  At the first Board Meeting (A meeting shall be held in the gap of 120 days – however, extended by 2 months due to COVID-19)

The mandatory requirement of holding meetings of the Board of the companies within prescribed interval provided in the Companies Act 2013, shall be extended by a period of 60 days till next two quarters of FY 2020-21

Director‘s Disclosure of Interest on the other entities

 

MBP-1

Every director of the company has to file form MBP-1 for showing his interest in other entities in the First Board meeting of the Board of Director of the Company.

Director’s Disclosure of non- disqualification

DIR-8

There is one form which DIR-8, The purpose of filing this form is, by the file of this form Every Director of the company disclose of non- disqualification in a respective year. And this form has to be filed by all the Director in each Financial Year.

Director’s KYC

Rule 12 of Companies (Appointment & qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014

If company file the DIR-3 KYC in previous year so now company can file DIR-3 WEB.

Every individual holding DIN shall file form DIR 3 KYC.

Return of Deposit

Rule 16 of the Companies Rules,2014

DPT-3

Filing return of deposit (DPT-3) or particulars of transaction not considered as deposit or both by every company as on 31st day of March of that year duly audited by the auditor of the Company till 30th day of June.

MSME-1

Every specified company shall file a return as per MSME-1, by 31st October for the period from April to September and by 30th April for the period from October to March.
